Social events

Social programme of events, workshops, courses and groups aimed at supporting LGBT+ people in Scotland to look after their mental health and wellbeing

Our wellbeing social programme offers a mix of online and in-person groups and activities. We host regular groups to connect with your community in supportive and affirmative spaces where you can talk about mental health. We also deliver self-management and therapeutic courses/workshops to improve your wellbeing where you can address feelings and thoughts, connect with your identities and explore creative ways to look after yourself. These workshops and courses are sometimes delivered in partnership with other organisations offering a specialist insight to particular topics. And we organise creative activities where you can experience the benefits of creativity in developing positive mental health and wellbeing.

You can browse our entire programme of online events on our What’s On page and you can keep up to date with all upcoming events by signing up to our newsletter Village Voices or our Mental Wellbeing newsletter.
