Feedback and Complaints

Our staff and volunteers aim to provide high-quality services and support at all times and we always welcome feedback on how we are doing. We realise sometimes we might not get things entirely right. Where that is the case, we want to make sure we do our best to learn from any areas where we do not perform well and improve our work as a result.

If you are unhappy about our work or any part of the services we provide we would be grateful for comments, criticism and complaints. These help us to do things better.

You can download our full Complaints Policy or contact our Edinburgh office on 0131 564 3970 or our Glasgow Office on 0141 255 1767 and we will be able to signpost you to the most relevant member of staff.
