Joanna joined the organisation at the end of August 2022. As a Development Worker she is responsible for coordinating and supporting the existing community groups in Edinburgh as well as developing new ones. Joanna has a Masters in the Digital and Public Humanities during which she focused on queer inclusion in online spaces and on dating apps. Prior to this she studied English and Film which she is still passionate about. Since studying Joanna has worked in a variety of fields including hospitality, education, and the third sector. She is driven by her commitment to community and inclusion, which led her to this role.
